About the integration
NDUX and Shiftbase are bi-directionally integrated. All scheduled and worked hours — including labour costs — are sent from Shiftbase to NDUX for analysis and visualisation. NDUX uses this data to provide detailed performance dashboards and identify where staff inefficiencies are costing you money. In return, NDUX calculates a revenue forecast based on trends and sends it back to Shiftbase to support smarter scheduling.
Why you should have this integration
This integration gives you a powerful way to manage labour costs using real data. You’ll save time, reduce errors, and get the insights needed to optimise workforce planning at every location.
-
Trend dashboards with performance per location
-
Tools to highlight unnecessary staff costs
-
Anomaly detection for productivity trends
-
Daily sync of all scheduled and worked hours
-
Labour cost calculations by employee and contract type
-
Revenue forecast sent automatically to Shiftbase
How does the integration work?
Every day, Shiftbase pushes all planning data (worked hours, scheduled hours, and costs) to NDUX. NDUX then analyses this data and returns a forecasted revenue figure to Shiftbase. This allows you to plan future shifts using the most accurate and current business metrics.
