Kolibrie offers payroll services specifically designed for the hospitality industry. With the Shiftbase integration, you can easily send tracked hours straight to Kolibrie, simplifying your entire HR and payroll workflow.

Heads up: Employee data cannot be synced from Kolibrie Online to Shiftbase. This link is built specifically for exporting worked hours. To make setup quick and easy, the first name, last name, employee number (from Kolibrie), and email address stored in E-UUR will be displayed.

• Export worked hours: You can export approved hours from Shiftbase directly to Kolibrie. This ensures accurate and efficient payroll processing without any manual data entry.
• Important: Hours still need to be approved within Kolibrie Online before they are officially processed by Kolibrie.
